Name Search
Use this form whether you need a copy of a specific document or copies of multiple documents filed within a certain time period where a volume/page or document number is unknown. This form is for copy requests only. If you have a volume/page or document number use the Document Request form. If you need a report or certificate use the Property Search form. If you need court cases use the Litigation Name Search form.
Litigation Name Search
Use this form whether you need a copy of a specific case or copies of multiple cases filed within a certain time period where case numbers are unknown. This form is for copies only. If you have a case number(s) use the Document Request form.
Cellular Tower Package
This form is for certificates and reports associated with Cellular Tower Lease Research only. The Cellular Tower Package includes a Title Certificate and a 50 Year Deed Chain.
UCC / Fixture Filing Search
This form is for UCC / Fixture Filing Searches in both County Clerk Records and Texas Secretary of State Records. A certificate is issued.
